What kind of materials do you use for banners?
Zarvox offers a variety of material choices for your banners. High quality is priority at Zarvox, so we print at high resolution on top quality vinyl materials that are manufactured by the best brands on the market such as 3M, Avery, and Oracal. We offer 16oz and 13oz thick vinyl, mesh banners, super smooth vinyl banners, and a double sided vinyl for banners. Our best selling banner material is our new 16oz thick block-out vinyl banners. They are so thick there is no hemming required on the edges. The clean edge and grommets make this choice the most popular one. Mesh Banners are used for outdoor, windy locations when the banner is not placed against a wall. The mesh pattern allows wind to go through the banner without putting pressure on the banner edge connections. Mesh banners are ideal if you need your advertisement placed on a chain link fence or between two poles. Zarvox also sells the most reliable banner stands on the market. Instead of using vinyl for our banner stands, we print your message on a more rigid 10mil thickness non-curling synthetic polyester material. This material is perfect for retractable banner stands or banner signs.

What is the difference between your vinyl banners and super smooth banners?
Our vinyl banner material is made to be viewed from a greater distance. The material used for our super smooth banners has less texture with a poster like appearance, making it more ideal for close-up viewing, such as at trade-shows.

Full color graphics are produced by using a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink.
