When gloss (shiny) or matte lamination is added to your order, you are adding years of durability to your prints. We use the highest quality lamination available.
Most orders will ship within 5 business days from the day that you approve your digital proof.
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a print quality issue with your order, we will replace it for free.
Zarvox will digitally print at 1440x720 DPI on vinyl and other materials. For best print results, we ask that you provide us with a vector version of your art in adobe illustrator. If your art must have raster images we ask that you use the highest quality you have available.
We print on material manufactured by the best brands in the industry such as 3M, Avery, or Oracal.
UV lamination is needed if you are ordering stickers, decals, or other prints (excluding banners) for outdoor use. We offer cast laminates for the longest durability (up to 5 years on vertical surfaces) and calendared laminates (up to 3 years durability on vertical surfaces). When decals or other prints are placed on horizontal surfaces such as hoods of vehicles, durability decreases due to direct sunlight exposure. Lamination may not be needed for indoor use.
In most cases, your order will ship from our San Diego, CA production facility within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day that you reply to the proof email and approve the digital proof of your sticker, decal, banner print, wall mural, ect.
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a print quality issue with your order that is not related to the digital art you have sent to us, we will replace them for free. You're entitled to a store credit if we deliver your order beyond the promised date.
