What kind of materials do you use for stickers?
Zarvox offers a variety of material choices for your custom stickers. Choose from matte or gloss non-laminated vinyl, UV laminated vehicle wrap vinyl, clear vinyl (we print white ink and light colors on clear vinyl), or a high tack vinyl that is perfect for OEM devices, powder coated surfaces or low energy surfaces such as plastic. High quality is priority at Zarvox, so we print at high resolution on top quality vinyl materials that are manufactured by the best brands on the market such as 3M, Avery, and Oracal.

If I am making promotional stickers to hand out, do I need a UV laminate?
Lamination is not necessary for indoor use. However for the most durability, adding gloss (shiny) or matte lamination to your order will add years to the life of your vinyl stickers, as the lamination adds an additional layer of protection to the ink.

How long will my sticker last?
Vinyl stickers can last up to 5 years or more. Our cast laminates ensure the longest durability of up to 5 years on vertical surfaces. Calendared laminates can last up to 3 years on vertical surfaces. Stickers for outdoor use should be UV laminated for longevity. We use the best quality lamination available. Lamination is not necessary for indoor use. However for the most durability, adding gloss (shiny) or matte lamination to your order will add years to the life of your vinyl stickers, as the lamination adds an additional layer of protection to the ink. Please note that if decals or other prints are placed on outdoor horizontal surfaces such as hoods of vehicles, durability may decrease due to direct sunlight exposure.

How much do your charge for stickers?
Pricing for stickers is dependent upon the design including shape, size and material chosen. You can choose the selections that are right for your project on our sticker page https://zarvox.com/stickers/ and get an immediate custom quote.

What is your minimum order quantity for stickers?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 stickers. We can print up to 10,000 stickers in one order, however if you need more please email info@zarvox.com and we will work with you to try and accommodate a larger quantity order.

What kind of surfaces can a vinyl sticker adhere to?
Stickers can adhere to almost any non-porous surface such as smooth metal, windows, glass, mirrors, tile, Plexiglas, plastic, painted walls, wood that has been sealed and more. Stickers can also adhere to lightly textured surfaces. We do not recommended using stickers on heavy textures, rough or uneven surfaces such as cinder block, brick, stucco, unfinished wood, or any other surface that is porous and bumpy.

Can you make a sticker that adheres to a contoured surface?
Yes, vinyl stickers will adhere to a contoured surface, though for durability we recommend selecting the flattest surface possible.

Can you make removable stickers?
Yes, we can make removable stickers, static clings and wall murals. Our removable sticker has a silicone base that is designed to adhere to glass and very smooth surfaces. Static cling material adheres to a window or smooth solid surface with the force of static without using adhesive. Static cling decals are removable and reusable though the static has a limited life and for longevity is recommended to be used only on the inside of windows. If you are placing your sticker on a smooth indoor wall, our removable wall murals also allow for easy removability.

I need unique name tags for a corporate event can you print custom stickers with different names?
Yes, we offer variable data stickers that are perfect for name tags. With variable data stickers the colors size and design remain the same, but up to three variables (text, numbers or images) can change. You can choose a rectangle, square, circle, oval or custom shape to make a lasting impression.

Can you make my logo into a sticker?
Yes, we are able to print your logo in a standard shape (rectangle, square, circle or oval) or a custom shape sticker. Zarvox specializes in custom shape contour cut stickers, also known as a kiss cut. The shape of your sticker is cut through the actual vinyl but not all the way through the backing paper. This give you the choice to keep your stickers on a sheet and peel them off as needed, or have them separated as individual stickers if you need to hand them out as promotional items or sell them. We believe this process is better than die cutting because it prevents edge curling and leaves the edges of your sticker protected until you are ready to use them. When it comes to custom shape contour cut stickers please send us your design and approximate size desired so that we can quote accurately. This is because detailed, narrow or complex shapes will take much longer to prepare than a logo with a simple shape such as a rectangle or circle.

Can you print a sticker and match pantone colors in my logo?
Yes, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). This is a standardized color system that allows printers to have a matching guide when printing. Using this system we can print using process colors, also known as CMYK, to accurately match the Pantone colors in your design. CMYK is the standard color model in printing and refers to the four inks used: cyan, magenta, yellow and key (black). Full color graphics are produced by using a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink.

What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We accept .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .psd, .ai and .eps files. Zarvox will digitally print at 1440×720 DPI on vinyl and other materials. For the best print results, we ask that you provide us with a vector version of your art in adobe illustrator (.ai or .eps file). If you only have raster images (.jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .psd) please send the highest quality you have available.

Can you help me design a sticker?
Yes, we can help with your sticker design and can even create a logo for your business if needed. Typically this process involves a phone conversation to discuss your vision. We then give you a sticker design based on our conversation, and allow for two minor revisions to this initial design. Please email info@zarvox.com and we will provide a custom quote for your project.

Can I see a proof before placing my sticker order?
Yes, prior to printing your stickers we will send you a digital proof for approval.

What is the turnaround time for stickers? Do you offer a rush service?
In most cases from the day that you approve the digital proof of your sticker your order will ship within 5 business days. Orders ship from our San Diego, CA production facility. If you require your project earlier please email info@zarvox.com prior to ordering and we will do our best to work within your timeline.
